Homemade Old Fashioned Southern Pecan Pie!
Today on a field trip, I had the opportunity to taste a moist and delicate pecan pie filling surrounded by a light and flaky hand pressed crust. The kind that is still warm and melts in your mouth.

This delightful homemade mini pecan pie was made by Chef Jodell Hinojosa from JoFoody’s Catering & Foody Blues BBQ in Vancouver, Washington. Individual mini southern pecan pies are available in limited quantities at the Vancouver Farmers Market Saturdays at 6th & Esther Street
