The Northwest Foodservice Show will be held in Portland, Oregon, at the Oregon Convention Center, Sunday and Monday, in April 3 & 4, 2011. Billed as the largest restaurant, food service and hospitality trade show in the Pacific Northwest. The show alternates every other year between Portland and Seattle.
